Katie Holmes was smiling from ear-to-ear when seen in New York City on Wednesday. The Dawson's Creek veteran was glued to her cell phone during a conversation which seemed to be a happy one. The 45-year-old had on a black leather collar-free jacket over a plum-toned pleated dress with sling-back cream pointy heels from SARTO by Franco Sarto. The ex-wife of Tom Cruise, 62, pulled her hair back and added small earrings as her nose ring was in place.
