Rugrats live-action movie happening at Paramount from Pitch Perfect director... featuring CGI babies
Paramount is bringing back its animated Rugrats franchise for a new live-action movie with a big twist: all of the babies will be CGI-generated. The franchise started as an animated TV series that debuted on Nickelodeon in 1991, created by Arlene Kaspy, Gábor Csupó and Paul Germain. The series followed a group of toddlers including Tommie Pickles, Chuckie Finster, Phil and Lil Deville, and their various adventures, many of which that take place in their imaginations.
