Influencer Nadia Fairfax has finally managed to sell off her vintage home in Sydney after listing it on the market back in September. The amazing four-bedroom, three-bathroom pad in upmarket Paddington went under the hammer for a whopping $6.05million earlier this week. The socialite, 34, purchased the stunning three-storey terrace with her businessman husband Michael Wayne in 2020 for $4.3million. The couple had the stylish pad listed for 70 days before they found a buyer who would meet their price guide of $6million, reported The Daily Telegraph on Friday.
