Alan Carr has admitted he struggles to remember his worth as he reenters the dating scene after splitting from his husband back in 2022. The TV star, 48, revealed he uses humour as a shield to protect himself as he can't believe anyone would be interested in him. Speaking with his pal Paloma Faith on her new podcast Mad, Sad & Bad Alan opened up about dating post divorce as he confessed he has to remind himself that he is 'worth it'.
