Meghan Trainor has plans to go under the knife to change her appearance and she's telling all her fans about it before the procedure. The singer, 31, who said a previous Botox treatment made it difficult for her to smile, was looking forward to getting a breast lift. 'I think I was born with saggy boobs. I swear, they were always looking at the ground,' the Made You Look singer told People.
