Below Deck Sailing Yacht star is sued for sexual battery over 2022 attempted assault incident
One of Bravo's Below Deck Sailing Yacht stars has found himself in some legal hot water, facing a lawsuit for sexual battery. A former makeup artist from the show - Samantha Suarez - filed a lawsuit claiming one of the show's main stars tried to pressure her into having sex with him. The incident happened in 2022, when the cast member instructed Suarez to bring a snack to his hotel, which was reported back in August 2023.
