The model, 25, last posted on her Instagram in October last year when she paid tribute to Liam after he passed away aged 31. But she returned to social media on Friday for the first time in four months as she shared an old picture of her and Liam. Kate shared a snap of her and Liam staring lovingly at each other surrounded by white pillars sometime before he died.
