Sean Stewart has admitted himself to rehab in another attempt to deal with his reoccurring addiction issues after his famous family staged an intervention. The eldest son of Rod Stewart has battled problems with substance abuse for years and split with his wife Jody Weintraub last year. He is currently holed away at the $80,000-a-mo Cliffside Malibu rehabilitation facility where his close friend Scott Disick once sought treatment for his own issues.
