The promotion announced Saturday during the UFC Edmonton broadcast that UFC 336 is set to take place at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on Jan. 30.
This marks the first UFC event in Toronto since January 2024, which was headlined by a middleweight championship main event between Dricus du Plessis and Sean Strickland in which du Plessis narrowly won a split decision to claim the title. In the co-main event, Raquel Pennington defeated Mayra Bueno Silva to win a vacant bantamweight championship.
No bouts have been announced yet for UFC 336, the eighth numbered event to take place in Toronto.
"I'm excited to partner with the Ministry of Sport and bring UFC back to Toronto," UFC CEO Dana White said in a press release. "I love Canada and Toronto has been home to some of the biggest moments in UFC history. It's always incredible to put on an event there, and I am excited to get back next year."
